Wilber Joseph Vaquerano Borges was born baby E of a multiple pregnancy on Aug 3, 1992.  He survived his two brothers babies C and D.


Even though he fought the good fight against premature birth and underdevelopment at 27 1/2 weeks, after about three months at Lenox Hill Hospital he expired on Oct 31, 1992.


His two sisters survived baby A and B.  Both of them who are now a register nurse and a speech pathologist.
