An unidentified Hispanic/Latino male decedent, aged 17 to 25 years old, was found in the Flushing Bay at 126th Street, near the World's Fair Marina.
The unknown young man had brown eyes and wavy black hair. He had a long vertical scar on his right knee and right shin, another scar on right shin, a scar on left knee, and a hyperpigmented patch on the right side of his abdomen. He was 5' 2"(62 inches) tall and weighed 130lbs.
The man was discovered wearing a blue size medium "Madison Avenue" button-up dress shirt; a red, black, white, and gray size medium striped "Champs Sports" polo shirt; a black belt; size 18 Khaki "Old Navy" cargo pants; and size 8 brown "KS" brand boots. He also had a keychain with a green guitar bottle opener; 3 small metal keys; a red plastic comb; a Mexican coin; watermelon flavored Trident gum; a metal can of "Reomatolum" ointment; 11 black elastic hair ties; and 6 paper advertisement flyers folded into his boots.
