From the U.S. Social Security Death Index I found that his name was Theodore Frank Liaromatis born in Aigion Greece Oct. 18th, 1893 he died in New York on June 11th, 1980.
From NY Passenger Lists Index, it appears that Theodore came to America first when he was about 17 years old on a ship named the Martha Washington. This ship arrived on March 17, 1909 to New York. The name stated on his documents was Theodoros Liaromatis.
I found his second arrival at age 27 his departure was from France to NY on the ship named Aquitania. This ship arrived on Jan. 28th 1926.
From the WW Two Draft Registration dated April 25, 1942. I found him at age 49 living at 36 West 64th St., NY. He worked as a cook for Childs Co. 47 East 42nd St., NY .
He described himself as five foot five inches tall, brown hair, brown eyes, white, 164 lbs with a ruddy complexion.

I found he lived at the same address as above.
I could not locate any additional information. But I am happy that I gave him back his correct name and birthday.
