An unknown black male between 30 and 45 years old, who had bilateral lower leg amputation and was a wheelchair user, was struck by a truck as it was making a turn. The man was 5' 0"(60 inches) tall (without his lower legs) and weighed 170lbs. He had brown eyes and curly, black hair, 1.5" in length with matting, as well as a mustache and beard.
