An unknown black male between 35 and 45 years old was found unresponsive in the basement of the Moonstruck Diner in New York City. The manager of the diner reported that he had known him for the past 20 years as Bernard. Bernard was unhoused, and the manager would allow him sleep in the basement of the diner.
Bernard had brown eyes and apical balding hair, with black short stubbly hair on the sides of his head. He also had a .5" mustache and a 1.5" beard. Bernard stood 5' 7"(67 inches) tall and weighed 120lbs. He was wearing blue pants, a blue-green long sleeved shirt, an orange undershirt, and white sneakers when he died.
