Helene whose full name may have been Nina Helene Warshafsky (unknown maiden name) was born on May 20, 1935, probably in New York City.  She was married to Daniel Philip Warshafsky (1923-2011) a furrier and president of Caprice Furs.  They had lived at 500 E 83rd Street Apt 7d in Manhattan at least since 1974 up until her death.  Daniel died in 2011 and I'm not sure why Helene was buried on Hart Island.
