Frederick Williams was born in New York on the 3rd of March 1896.  He was the first of five sons born to Josephine Pfeiffer Williams and Frederick William Williams.  Josephine was a native New Yorker while Frederick Sr., originally hailed from Nova Scotia, Canada.

Two of their six children died in infancy.  Frederick's surviving brothers were John Leslie, born in 1901, and Welner Woodworth, born in 1904.

Frederick registered for WWI at 21 years of age and it is noted on his draft card that he is "against the war."  He is described as being tall and slender with brown hair.

In 1940, the U.S. Census records Frederick living in Bergenfield, New Jersey with mother, Josephine and his brother, John.  Having completed a post graduate education and after many years of working as a bookeeper, he was now a Certified Public Accountant (CPA.)

On his WWII Draft Registration Card, Frederick is described as being  5 feet 11 inches tall with blue eyes, brown hair, and of light complexion.

Frederick Williams died on the 28th of October 1981 and was buried on Hart Island on the 10th of December 1981 and disinterred on October 29, 1982.
