“It takes one letter to say I and four letters to say love and three letters to say you. One hundred and forty-three. I love you.” -Fred Rogers

On April 28, 1992, an unknown white female between 60 and 80 years old was struck and killed by a truck. The woman had gray eyes and brown/red/auburn hair, about 6" in length. She was 5' 6"(66 inches) tall and weighed 110lbs. She had a 2" vertical scar on the right side of her chest below her clavicle, which could have been caused by trauma or possibly the result of a biopsy, an implanted medical device, or an infusion port. She also had multiple thin scars on both of her wrists.

The woman had a multicolored tattoo on her left shoulder of two hearts, one with a "B" in it and one with an "A" in it, and "143" underneath. The number "143" may mean "I Love You." It is a "love code" created by counting the letters in each word of the phrase: I (1), Love (4), You (3). Mr. Fred Rogers also famously used 143 to symbolize "I love you." It is likely that the "A" and "B" were initials of people the woman loved.
