On September 20th 1991, the body of a young female was discovered in a vacant lot along Seaview Avenue in Staten Island, NY.
She was handcuffed. She had been strangled, struck numerous times in the head with a hammer and set a fire.
Despite the intense efforts of law enforcement and media coverage of this horrific murder, she remains unidentified. The lack of identification has led many to believe that she may have resided elsewhere in the United States or even internationally.
