Clarence Phillips

Clarence Phillips was my grandfather, He was born in Jefferson Parish Louisiana on 12/13/1932. He married Maria Josephine Tauraso on May 18,1959. Had one Daughtr Toni Jo Phillips who is my mother. Unfortunatly at the time of his death I was incarcerated and I was unable to claim his body or take care of his afterlife. Due to this he was placed on Hart Island, I am truly sorry for allowing that to happen and since that time I have grown to be an amazing person now, working for an agency where I get to give back. My grandfather loved me very much, and If I listened to him when he tried to guide me, I would not have made the wrong choice. He was very strict in a sense but he loved his family.
