If you have a death certificate that says City Cemetery (CC) or City Burial (CB), you can contact Stephen Morello for an appointment to visit.
-
If you find your relative in the database, you must order a copy of the death certificate before requesting a visit. This can be done on-line or in person at the Department of Health.
